Benefits are available to all employees working 20 or more hours per week. Employees are eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Health
Health Insurance
Protect the health of yourself and your family with Manna's health plan.
The plan is the HealthPartners Open Access Network, a preferred provider
organization (PPO). You can see any doctor you want, but if your doctor is
in the plan's network, you pay less. Preventive care is covered at 100% and
for most other services, you pay a percentage of the cost. Keeping track of
your expenses is easy with HealthPartners online tools. Manna also
contributes to the employee's Health Savings Account (HSA).

venue to cover all avenues of their lifestyles unique needs.
Time Off
Paid Vacation
We appreciate our employees and reward them for their hard work by offering
paid vacation. Paid vacation is earned based on the employee's date of hire
and the years of service with the company. We want employees to have adequate
life/work balance.
Holidays
Employees are paid for seven holidays each year:

Retirement
401(k)
Manna Freight Systems, Inc.® offers a competitive 401(k) plan that provides a
company matching contribution to build your retirement savings. Manna matches
25% on the first 6% you contribute to your 401k plan. The company's contributions
are deposited into your account each pay period and are immediately vested.
Profit Sharing Plan
In addition to the 401(k) plan, Manna Freight Systems, Inc. may make a generous
additional contribution to your retirement savings. On an annual basis, Manna
Freight Systems, Inc. based on business profitability may make a discretionary
profit sharing contribution as a percentage of your eligible pay. You become 100%
vested after six years of working more than 1,000 hours per year.
