Mendota Heights, MN — January 6, 2017 — This year 2017, starts on a great note for Manna Freight Systems with the recognition as being a best business in its class by Twin Cities Business Magazine.  On January 11, the nationwide logistics provider based in Minnesota, will receive its award at the annual Small Business Success Stories dinner held in Minneapolis.

In an article appearing in Twin Cities Business January 2017 edition, Manna Freight Systems was noted as being a company that responded to the need for greater logistics and white-glove delivery capabilities to residences.  The company also has been quick to make connections around the country among logistics networks in order to satisfy the logistics needs of retailers and manufacturers in furniture, appliance, electronics and many other large consumer product categories.

Another major capability recognized is Manna Freight Systems success in opening distribution centers, which numbers 20 in the United States.  These are either permanent centers or facilities established for specific major retail openings operated for a set period of time.   Manna Freight Systems, Founder and CEO Alan Meehan, said they have done these operations for major retailers and it is a unique set of capabilities increasingly necessary for a changing retail environment.
